Born in Port Louis, Mauritius 1951 - Started to learn piano on the boat from Mauritius to the UK in 1954 with Robert White - Studied piano with Hesther Agate at The Trinity College of Music, London from the age of 7 & cello from the age of 12 - Being the proud owner of very small hands, cannot play Classical Repertoire to seek a career as a Classical Pianist - Turns to Jazz & Blues under the guidance of Jon Hendricks (of Lambert, Hendricks & Ross fame) - Starts playing on people's records in 1969 - Main "production/songwriting influences" Leiber & Stoller, Bacharach & David, Jimmy Webb, Jimmy Page, Cat Stevens.......

Forms "THE ONE" in 2007 with Thomas Ottogalli, Bappa Brondy Brondievski & Nicolas Mirande, & continues producing, composing & performing.....
